If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for refund or exchange. (A non-refundable 25% deposit is charged on special orders).
Our Return Process
Returns and Exchanges at the Turtle Love Committee are straightforward and painless. Only undamaged, unaltered items are accepted for refund or exchange.
How To Prepare A Return or an Exchange To return an item for a refund or exchange, follow these three steps:
1. Get a Return or Exchange Authorization Code. Email returns@turtlelovecommittee.com to request an Authorization Code. Write this code at the top of your original invoice and on the outside of the box you are returning.
2. Package Your Return or Exchange. Include all original packaging and materials.
3. Send the Package to us at the address provided with your Authorization Code. Be sure to use package tracking. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at
returns@turtlelovecommittee.com.
Your account will be credited within 7 days after we receive your return. If you are exchanging your ring for a new size, we will send it out as soon as we receive your return.
